They are known by many names: Biblical Feasts, Levitical Feasts, Feasts of Israel, Feasts of the Lord, or Feasts of the Bible. They are also called Jewish Feasts or Jewish Holidays, but many things we think of as "Jewish" are actually biblical.
While it is true that it has been the Jewish people who have celebrated and preserved them over the years, as with many traditions within the history of Jewish culture, Scripture tells us plainly that they belong to God and have great value and important lessons for ALL of Gods people.
By guiding the development of the ancient Jewish customs and traditions, God has established an infinitely meaningful and profound prophetic system. The Holy Days have meanings that build upon each other, progressively revealing the person, plans and purpose of Messiah.
